Package prices assume standard parts and up to five quarts. Your exact total and deposit are confirmed before booking. Duplicate add-ons already included in a package will be removed from the quote.
02 Reservation and service policiesOpen details
Reservation deposits
Deposits are applied to the final balance: $50 for Essential, $50 for Road Ready, and $100 for Total Care. Parts-based add-ons add $25 for an engine air filter, $30 for a cabin air filter, and $30 for wiper blades. Square combines applicable deposits into one charge. The remaining balance and approved extras are due after service.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment for a refund or one-time transfer of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable.
Vehicle and location access
The vehicle, keys, and service location must be accessible at the appointment time. The vehicle must be on a safe, level surface with enough working space. An inaccessible vehicle or unsafe site may be treated as a missed appointment.
Vehicle-specific pricing
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details and VIN. Additional oil, specialty materials, damaged hardware, or unusual labor may change the price. No additional charge will be performed without customer approval.
Weather and safety
Unsafe weather or working conditions may require rescheduling without penalty. If Next Level Mobile Oil cancels, the deposit may be transferred or refunded.
Materials and refunds
Special-order, nonreturnable materials may be deducted from a refund only when disclosed before ordering. Completed labor and installed or used materials are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law. Service concerns will be reviewed promptly.
After-hours appointments require approval. Used oil and filters are removed from the service location and handled appropriately.
